Please see below for your appropriate registration fee and deadlines. Payment is required within 7 days of registering.
Pre Conference Workshops & Site Visits
The workshops & site visits are being run on Wednesday 19 September 2012 and are an addition to the conference registration fee. Prices listed below.
Early Bird Registration
To receive the Early Bird rate you must register and pay in full by 29 June 2012. After this date the Early Bird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.
Standard Registration
To receive the Standard rate you must register and pay in full by 5 September 2012. Registrations, and payments, made after this date will incur an additional $50.00 late registration fee.
Full Registrations include a ticket to the Welcome Reception, all conference sessions, daily catering and a ticket to the Conference Dinner.
Day Registrations include sessions and catering provided on that day. Tickets may be purchased for the Welcome Reception & Gala Dinner as these are not included. Please see the registration form for details.

Bank Transfer
If you would like to pay your registration fee by bank transfer select the "Please email me an invoice" option on the payment page of the online registration form and then email the Registration Manager at [email protected] to receive the bank details and instructions.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organisers, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.

Refunds/Cancellations
Registration cancellations received up to 6 August 2012 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between 7 August 2012 and 17 August 2012 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after 17 August 2012. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until 17 August 2012 at no charge. All amendments, including transfers, made after this date will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accomodation
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior to the Conference will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
Conditions
International Conference & Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conference & Events Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and / or a risk to others. Registrations received by International Conference & Events Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conference & Events Pty Ltd. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. |
